For the past 6 years, my YouTube channel has been repeatedly hit with what appear to be fake copyright strikes, even though my videos are gameplay, commentary, and transformative content. As a legally blind and deaf creator, dealing with constant strikes and takedown threats has made creating content extremely difficult.
In this video I explain the pattern of repeated copyright claims, questionable enforcement emails, and why this may be copyright abuse and harassment. I’m sharing my experience to raise awareness and hopefully get help resolving these ongoing false strikes so I can continue creating content on YouTube.
