Could GTA 6 expand beyond Leonida after launch?
Jason Schreier’s new Rockstar report revealed that GTA 6 was originally planned on a much larger scale under Project Americas before Rockstar reduced the scope and focused the game around Vice City and Leonida. At the same time, Rockstar developers have talked about the new technology, tools, and systems built for GTA 6 that could make future development faster.
That raises a very interesting GTA 6 theory.
What if Leonida is only the beginning?
In this video, we break down Project Americas, GTA 6’s original map plans, Rockstar’s new technology, possible future map expansions, new cities, new regions, and whether GTA 6 could grow for years after launch instead of Rockstar immediately moving on to GTA 7.
This is not a confirmed GTA 6 map expansion. Rockstar has not announced new states or cities, and Jason Schreier did not report that an expansion is officially happening. This video explores the theory based on what we now know about GTA 6’s original scope and Rockstar’s long-term development foundation.
Could GTA 6 eventually expand beyond Leonida?
Let me know what location you would want Rockstar to add next.
